You may have seen Mielle labeled products available for purchase from Third Party Resellers such as Amazon® and eBay®.  We are aware of unauthorized parties selling counterfeit MIELLE on Amazon® and eBay®. We are alerting our valued customers, retailer and distributor partners that we are aware of this issue and actively working to resolve this situation.

Please note that MIELLE will not be able to honor any exchange or refund for any products sold on Amazon® or eBay® by unauthorized retailers. We recommend that you use caution in buying products from unauthorized resellers as these products may have been tampered with or mishandled.

  1. Go to Manage Your Subscriptions
  2. Log into your account using the same email address used to create the subscriptions.
  3. Under Order History click "Subscriptions" and click on the subscription item you would like to modify.
  4. Under "Status" within the Subscription tab, you will see you current monthly frequency (such as, Repeats every month.)
  5. Click Edit to update and save changes.

Once cancellation is complete, the subscription will become inactive. 

To access your store credit, log into your Mielle account (If you do not have an account, please click on "Don't have an account yet"---> Sign up." Follow the steps, entering the contact details and accepting the terms & conditions.) After logging in, select the ‘You have $' icon from the bottom right corner of the page.

Once selected, a pop-up window will generate displaying your total credit amount. Next, enter the amount of credit you would like to utilize toward your purchase. Once the amount is entered, begin to browse our website for products to aid you in any step of your curly hair journey!

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Please allow 1-7 business days (with the exclusion of high volume sales) for your order to be processed.*  All orders processed after 3pm (CST) will be considered next business day orders.  (Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. Orders processed on Friday after 3pm (CST) will continue processing on the following business day.)

 

"Processing time" refers to the timeframe in which our staff receives, reviews and assembles your order to prepare for shipment.  Depending on the amount of orders received, this timeframe can take up to 14 business days, during high volume sales. 

Misdelivered and lost packages can surely cause frustration, and the Mielle team is available to assist when this issue arises.  Please contact the carrier (typically UPS or USPS) for any information regarding the delivery of your package and have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.  If the carrier is unsuccessful in their search for your package, the carrier will request that you contact Mielle.  Keeping the Mielle team updated on the status of the investigation with the carrier will ensure expedited resolution.

Can I use Afterpay if I'm an international

We offer UPS Ground standard shipping (1-7 business day transit time). Delivery options for P.O. Box addresses, military locations and American territories available. 

International Orders
We are are currently not accepting international orders on our website. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please be advised that some UPS Access point locations require a fee for the use of their facility as a pick up location. The fee must be paid directly to the access point location at the time of pick up. This fee is not associated with Mielle Organics. Please note that by selecting a UPS Access point as your delivery service option, you are responsible for all factors related with utilizing this service.

Mielle Organics is not responsible for any additional fees linked with claiming your shipment from the third party location. Please contact the UPS branded facility directly to inquire about any fees that may be associated with picking up your package.
