What are your products made with?
We have conveniently provided the ingredients for each product on our website. Please visit www.MielleOrganics.com, click shop and as you click on a product, you will notice a box underneath the product image and to the right of customer reviews. If you click on the 'Ingredients' tab, there you will find the list of product ingredients.
How should my Mielle Organics hair care regimen change for the fall/winter?
Our products nourish the hair through all three phases of growth. We recommend that you keep the same regimen throughout the year.
Can you use the Babassu Oil and Mint Conditioner as a leave-in conditioner?
No, we recommend rinsing out the Babassu Oil and Mint Deep Conditioner because it contains protein and too much protein can be damaging to your hair.
Can children use the traditional line?
Our traditional line of products can be used on children since they are made with all natural and organic ingredients and don't contain any harmful chemicals. However, due to our products being all natural and organic, we recommend using small amounts on infants and toddlers as their scalps may be too sensitive for the organic ingredients. This will allow you to see how, if at all, their scalp reacts to the organic ingredients. Especially the products containing mint, as the mint tends to have a tingling sensation on the scalp that may be uncomfortable for infants and toddlers.
Do I have to have natural hair in order to use your products?
Mielle Organics promotes the health and maintenance of natural hair however; our products are suitable and can be used for all hair types.

Why is the subscription program ending?
We’re updating our systems to bring you a smoother, more modern shopping experience. As part of this update, we’re transitioning out of our current subscription program.
When is the subscription program ending?
The program will be retired by 12/31/25. After this date, subscriptions will no longer be renewed automatically.
Will my subscription be canceled?
Yes. All active subscriptions will automatically end on 12/31/25. You won’t be billed for future recurring orders after that date.
Will any of my upcoming orders still ship?
If you have an order that has already been processed or is currently in progress, it will still ship normally. No additional subscription renewals will occur after 12/31/25.
Will I still get my subscription discount?
Subscription discounts (like “Subscribe & Save”) will no longer apply once the program ends. After 12/31/25 purchases will be made at the standard product price unless another promotion is available.
Do I need to take any action?
No action is required. Your subscription will automatically end. If you’d like to continue receiving your favorite products, you can always place a one-time order on our website.
What will happen with my billing information?
Billing for subscriptions will stop on 12/31/25. No future recurring charges will occur once the program has ended.
How can I reorder my products moving forward?
You can purchase any items whenever you’d like by placing a one-time order on our website. If you need help or recommendations, our Customer Service team is happy to support you.
Will you be launching another subscription program?
We’re actively exploring new and improved options for the future. Once a new solution is confirmed, we’ll share updates.
