What are your products made with?

We have conveniently provided the ingredients for each product on our website. Please visit www.MielleOrganics.com, click shop and as you click on a product, you will notice a box underneath the product image and to the right of customer reviews. If you click on the 'Ingredients' tab, there you will find the list of product ingredients.

How should my Mielle Organics hair care regimen change for the fall/winter?

Our products nourish the hair through all three phases of growth. We recommend that you keep the same regimen throughout the year.

How long does it take the vitamins to work?

On an average 30-90 days, but you can see results after a few weeks of taking vitamins.  

Are the vitamins FDA approved?

The FDA does not approve supplements. The FDA only approves drugs that are intended to treat or cure. The lab where Mielle organics is produced is an FDA approved facility to maintain quality and safety.

Can I take the vitamins while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Please consult with your doctor before taking any new supplements while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Can users crush the vitamins and ingest them, rather than swallowing whole?

Yes, you can crush the vitamin prior to ingesting.

Can children take the adult formula vitamins?

We offer a children's gummy vitamin for health and hair growth which is all natural we use no artificial coloring or any artificial ingredients. 

Why is my urine bright yellow?

What's the minimum age for children to take the vitamins?

The recommended ages for the children's products are 2 – 13 years old.

What kind of gelatin is in the Children’s Vitamins?

Can adults take the children’s gummies?

Adults may take the children's hair formula, however because children require different ingredients for their hair growth than adults do, they will not have the same effect. Our Advanced Hair Formula is made of all natural and organic ingredients therefore, they are more fragile than most vitamins. This allows for them to be easily crushed to consume as many other of our customers cannot swallow pills either.

Can you use the Babassu Oil and Mint Conditioner as a leave-in conditioner?

No, we recommend rinsing out the Babassu Oil and Mint Deep Conditioner because it contains protein and too much protein can be damaging to your hair.

Can children use the traditional line?

Our traditional line of products can be used on children since they are made with all natural and organic ingredients and don't contain any harmful chemicals. However, due to our products being all natural and organic, we recommend using small amounts on infants and toddlers as their scalps may be too sensitive for the organic ingredients. This will allow you to see how, if at all, their scalp reacts to the organic ingredients. Especially the products containing mint, as the mint tends to have a tingling sensation on the scalp that may be uncomfortable for infants and toddlers.

Do I have to have natural hair in order to use your products?

Mielle Organics promotes the health and maintenance of natural hair however; our products are suitable and can be used for all hair types.
