  • Directions:

    • Shake Well Before Use. 
    • To Clean Scalp: Part hair into sections and spray onto scalp. Do not rinse. Massage scalp. Let sit for 2 minutes. Remove excess oil with a clean, dry towel. TIP: For protective styles, use a damp towel. 
    • To Clean Edges: Spray cleansing oil onto a dry towel and gently rub onto hair edges from root to ends of the hair. For stubborn edge gel, spray directly onto hair edges, gently rub from root to end using a warm damp towel. 
    • For Pre-Shampoo Treatment: Part hair into sections and spray on scalp. Massage scalp. Let sit for 2 minutes before shampooing with Rosemary Mint Strengthening Shampoo and Conditioner.

    A. This Scalp & Edge Cleansing Oil is the textured hair solution for dry shampoo. The product contains no messy powders and no water. The
    hydrogenated castor oil (PEG-40) delivers the cleansing. So you can clean without leaving a powdery mess in your coils and without reverting your hair.
    Additionally, the directional sprayer allows you to direct the cleansing oil directly onto the scalp to guide the spray where it’s needed.

    Q. Can I use this as an all over shampoo on my hair (i.e. in place of shampooing with water)?
    A. We suggest using this product to refresh the scalp and edges. For the best hair cleaning experience, we recommend Rosemary Mint Strengthening
    Shampoo or another great shampoo in the Mielle product line.

    Q. Can I use this in combination with the Rosemary Mint Scalp & Hair Strengthening Oil (the original)?
    A. Yes, please follow the instructions and ensure the Scalp & Edge Cleansing Oil has been wiped away before applying Rosemary Mint Strengthening
    Oil on the scalp or hair.
