Our founder
Meet Monique
Mielle was founded by Monique Rodriguez, a registered nurse, wife, and mother of two, who set out to share her personal journey to healthy hair. What began as a passion for clean, effective ingredients quickly grew into a mission to create better options for the entire family. Monique understood how important it is to know what’s inside the products we use every day, especially for textured hair.
Since launching in 2014, Mielle has grown from a kitchen vision to a global beauty brand, offering 10 collections and reaching more than 87 countries and over 100,000 stores across the US.
